Introducing the Emerging Leaders:


We are reaching out to inform you about an exciting opportunity for students to participate in the upcoming Bombardier Safety Standdown Seminar, an event dedicated to enhancing safety and reducing human error in aviation. This year, our theme is "Elevate Your Influence", and we are proud to mark our 28th year of this impactful event.

The Bombardier Safety Standdown Seminar has provided industry professionals with critical educational opportunities and lifelong knowledge-based safety training. This event is an invaluable platform to exchange ideas, discuss safety topics, and broaden knowledge on aviation safety, promote lifelong learning and highlight the latest safety knowledge available throughout the industry.

The Emerging Leaders Program is specifically designed for students who are interested in entering the aviation industry and networking with others who share similar interests.

While the seminar is free, and food is served each day, the Program also offers an opportunity for students to apply for help with travel or accommodation expenses. Please see the attached application. We want students as emerging leaders to have access to aviation events and learn about aviation safety early in their careers.

This Program offers:

  • Networking sessions with peers and potential mentors.
  • Insights into the latest trends and best practices in aviation safety.
