Jamie Gibson, the founder of Flightess, brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to business aviation. Jamie’s career has been marked by excellence and trust. An alumna of the mymuybueno Superyacht Chef Culinary School in Mallorca, Spain, and the British Butler Institute in London, she possesses a unique blend of culinary and luxury hospitality training.

In 2019, Jamie created the world’s largest online community of corporate flight attendants and pioneered the first and most successful corporate flight attendant mentorship program, boasting over 200 alumni. Trained in Forbes Five-Star hospitality standards, she has vast experience in building inflight department teams and operations from the ground up. Her commitment to excellence earned her a place in NBAA’s 40 Under 40, recognizing her as a leader and innovator in business aviation.

Jamie’s achievements include successfully training and placing over 54 corporate flight attendants in both P91 and P135 positions through Flightess’s staffing division. Her leadership and vision have transformed the corporate flight attendant industry, making Flightess a beacon of professional development and industry standards.
