Jennifer Pickerel

Jennifer Pickerel is a business aviation leader, serving as Vice President at Aviation Personnel International. Through her work as API "chief of staff", Pickerel has specialized in the recruitment of talented and diverse industry mavericks, helping to foster workplace-cultures that are both safer and more inclusive. Her work in the field of equity and representation extends to her role as Chair of NBAA's DEI Working Group, "Endeavor", as well as to her contributions to NBAA's Maintenance and Business Aviation Management committees and, of course, Bombardier's Safety Standdown Advisory Council.

Pickerel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Nebraska, and graduated with distinguishment from the IWF Leadership Fellows Program and Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management, a DEI-focused executive education program, demonstrating her skills as a speaker, writer and thought-leader that she has carried well into her distinguished career.
