Kellie Rittenhouse is an accomplished aviation professional currently serving as the Director of Aviation at Hangar Aviation Management. With a strong background in the industry, Rittenhouse holds the Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) designation and has been an integral part of the CAM governing board.
Based at the Oakland County International Airport in Waterford, MI, Hangar Aviation Management is an aviation service company that boasts a fleet of four aircraft with a domestic and international travel profile. Rittenhouse’s dedication to the aviation community extends beyond her role as the Director of Aviation. She is actively involved in shaping the future of business aviation as the Chair of the Michigan Business Aviation Association Board of Directors.
Rittenhouse’s passion for aviation was sparked while working as a part-time customer service representative at a flight school and Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) in Bloomington, IL. Since then, Rittenhouse has become a licensed dispatcher and has previously chaired the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Schedulers and Dispatchers Committee. In her role as the Director of Customer Relations, she realized the gap between aircraft owners and operations is wide.
Rittenhouse has a unique ability to bridge the gap between technical jargon and plain language, making complex aviation concepts accessible to everyone. She recognizes and appreciates the collective effort of individuals who contribute to the success of business aviation, and she advocates for their recognition and acknowledgement.
