Kellie Roby leads Polaris Aero’s Safety Services division, which specializes in assisting Polaris Aero’s clients more effectively achieve their safety initiatives. Prior to joining Polaris, she spent more than a decade honing her skills in Part 135 and Part 91 operations environments in roles ranging from roles in FBO operations, flight operations, serving as a flight crewmember on a Beechjet 400 and Hawker 800, Safety Manager, and most recently a Business Manager overseeing both scheduling and charter sales for a Part 135 charter and management company.
Kellie has a BS in Aerospace from Middle Tennessee State University with dual Pro-Pilot and Air Traffic Control concentrations and an NBAA CAM certification. Her education and diverse aviation experience are helpful in the tactical implementation of safety best practices with the organizations she works with. She enjoys giving back by volunteering for industry groups like the NBAA Professional Development Program (PDP) Committee, Bombardier Safety Standdown Advisory Council, and the North Texas Business Aviation Association (NTBAA), where she currently serves on the Board of Directors.
