Emerging Leaders

The Emerging Leaders Program offers students an opportunity to engage with the aviation industry through the Bombardier Safety Standdown Seminar, an event dedicated to advancing aviation safety and reducing human error. This seminar has a long-standing tradition of providing industry professionals and aspiring leaders with essential safety education and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

Designed specifically for students interested in aviation careers, the program provides access to:

The Emerging Leaders Program, specifically designed for students who are interested in entering the aviation industry and networking with others who share similar interests.

The Program also offers an opportunity for students to apply for help with travel or accommodation expenses. Please see the attached application. We want students as emerging leaders to have access to aviation events and learn about aviation safety early in their careers.

This Program offers:

• Networking sessions with industry professionals and peers.
• Insights into best practices and emerging trends in aviation safety. 
• Interactive discussions and workshops to build practical skills.
• Dedicated times to speak and meet with mentors who can connect students to opportunities.

Participation in the seminar is free, and meals are provided each day. Students also have the option to apply for travel and accommodation assistance to ensure greater access to this valuable experience.
