Norm "DQ" Dequier brings more than 37 years of aviation experience, including 3,500 flight hours of military flight training.  As a former Royal Canadian Air Force pilot and 431 (AD) Squadron Snowbirds demonstration team member, DQ has held pivotal roles in flight operations, training and standards capacities.  At APS, he is a leading expert and mentor in Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT), delivering advanced instruction across ground training, Extra 300L, S211 jet, advanced simulators and virtual platforms.  Additionally, he serves as the leader of the Loss of Control In-flight Working Group on the NBAA Safety Committee, significantly advancing aviation safety initiatives.
