This workshop style session will review Safety and Risk Management programs that are scalable to any operator. The workshop will be moderated by the Chair and Vice Chair of the NBAA safety Committee and will present different scenarios that the participants will work through in the session. The takeaways will be a better understanding about what SMS and Risk Management is all about and different strategies that can be employed to lower risk.
