Rich has been involved in aviation maintenance, training, and program management for over 30 years. He is retired from the United States Air Force (USAF) with 21 years of active duty and has a BS in organizational management and leadership.

His aircraft maintenance and training background has varied from the Boeing B-52G and KC-135 A/Q/R models to the Lockheed U2 high altitude reconnaissance aircraft. Prior to GlobalJet Services, Rich directly managed the USAF/USN T-6A/B simulator program and two Air Force Security Training (AFSAT) contractor logistics support programs for Iraq for Hawker Beechcraft. Rich is the President and a Professional Development Instructor for GlobalJet.
