Sierra is the Senior Manager, Registration at the National Business Aviation Association, where she manages the registration division and system for NBAA’s three international and domestic conventions, three regional forums and 12 other conferences, seminars, and professional development courses; over 50,000 attendees.

Sierra is the founder of the NBAA YoPro (young professionals) program, which is a leading program pushing diversity and development within the business aviation program globally. NBAA YoPro is a group dedicated to building relationships between emerging leaders across the business aviation industry. Through events at key business aviation industry gatherings, the group promotes networking, sharing of best practices, leadership and management development and builds a sense of community among future aviation leaders.

Through NBAA YoPro, Sierra has had the opportunity to speak at various events to promote cross generational communication, attraction, and retention of the workforce and diversity amongst race and gender.
