Organizations and the problems they work to solve have become increasingly complex, and so too have issues of safety, management and leadership. Though these concepts are often addressed separately, research – and experience – show that if we want to achieve consistent, positive outcomes, leadership and safety cannot be separated.  This session focuses on practical skills for making the most of safety leadership at every level by engaging participants in case studies and exercises to build practice-ready safety leadership skills.
