This workshop will focus on utilizing the myriad Safety Standdown material available for instruction and safety education programs. Examples of how the materials are currently used in college classrooms, flight schools and company safety meetings will be presented. The workshop will also outline the benefits of mentorship to both the mentor and mentee along with gathering ideas for a formal mentorship program. There will be several members of the Standdown Advisory Council present to answer questions and to receive ideas for future Standdown topics. This workshop is geared toward both new pilots just starting out and seasoned professionals interested in learning more about how to APPLY and SHARE what you LEARN at Standdown.
