Christopher Connor is the Co-Founder and CEO of Polaris Aero, LLC., an aviation safety software company specializing in risk analysis and safety management systems (SMS). A former U.S. Air Force fixed-wing and rotary-wing pilot, Chris earned a B.S. in Political Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University and the London Business School. He also serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserves.

Chris has been a guest speaker at both domestic and international aviation conferences, including NBAA’s Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (BACE), Flight Safety Foundation’s Business Aviation Safety Seminar (BASS), and the European Business Aviation Safety Convention (EBASCON). He has also spoken at several regional safety conferences.
