Alexandra (Alex) John

Alexandra (Alex) John has a rich background in the aviation industry. She joined Professional Flight Management (PFM) in 2016 as a Training Consultant and was promoted to the Director of Client Relations in 2018. She now works with many Fortune 100 companies customizing scheduling software. Prior to PFM, Alex worked in the commercial and private sector; gaining experience at Southwest Airlines, Burlington International Airport (BTV) and FBO Heritage Aviation. Alex also comes from an aviation family and has grown-up within the industry. 

She holds an MS in Aviation Management through Purdue University. Her graduate degree is concentrated in safety and human factors impacting aviation. Alex completed her undergraduate studies with a BS in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College.
