Brian studied aviation at Kansas State and Middle Tennessee State University before coming to NBAA. As a senior manager, flight operations and regulations, he is the staff liaison to NBAA's Domestic Operations Committee and Regulatory Issues Advisory Group, where he oversees issues related to OpSpecs/LOAs and Parts 91K, 125, and 135. Brian also works with the Young Professionals Council and started the NBAA Mentoring Program. Brian maintains a CFI and recreationally flies a Cirrus SR22.
