Courtney Gunderson

With a mind set in constant curiosity, Courtney Gunderson finds himself with the questions “how” and “why” fueling forward motion both personally and professionally. 

His curiosity has taken his career around the world leading him to spearhead numerous initiatives that required novel approaches to both common and very unique situations. 

Gunderson began his career living in Pacific Northwest as part the banking sector. His desire to learn and to see the world from an ever-changing vantage point quickly had him behind the controls of an airplane. That first flight blossomed into a career which allowed him the opportunity to live a decade overseas where he piloted and managed the executive fleet for the world’s largest corporate aviation department. 

Gunderson moved back to the U.S. in 2017, works with Pfizer, and is currently finishing up an MBA with Penn State University. During his time with Pfizer, Court and his team created the Pfizer fatigue management program from idea, to implementation and department policy. 

Gunderson and the Pfizer team are currently working on innovative ways to build and execute trips more physiologically efficient while also testing an approach that will help executives to perform at peak-levels after long-haul trips.
