Elevating standards and performing to an optimal level takes self-awareness as well as guidance from others. This workshop will outline key elements to providing and receiving coaching for high-stakes performance and provide opportunity for participants to practice and put into action the basic principles discussed. The workshop will include interactive exercises for participants to experience self-coaching, coaching with peers, and coaching of subordinates (or receiving coaching from a boss/person of authority), with the goal that the participant and teach and use the techniques presented back at their workplace so that all aviation professionals in their shop can elevate their standards.
