A commitment to safety is rooted in the trust we have in each other as colleagues that agreed-upon standards and procedures are being followed; we are honest in our dealings with one another; and that our leaders are looking ahead and letting us know what the likely outcome ahead will be. This general session will review common obstacles in the current and future environment, including technology, labor market and social changes that can get in the way of establishing that trust with leaders, peers, colleagues and subordinates alike, and provide attendees with strategies for inspiring trust in others.
