John Detloff, Senior Vice President of Global Network and Quality and Standards is a leader within the flight attendant and aviation community. John is an Executive Chef, EMT, Food Safety Proctor and a Corporate Flight Attendant. He serves on the NBAA Flight Attendant Committee and has helped develop numerous courses such as Aviation Food Safety Programs, Aviation Culinary, Service, and Emergency training for Part 91/135/121 operators. He advocates for standards within the private aviation community and with his position at Air Culinaire Worldwide builds new standards in business aviation.
