Captain Kyle Freiburger is a professional pilot with more than 10,000 flight hours, bringing experience from both airline and private aviation. A former Air Canada Captain and current G450 pilot, he has flown a range of aircraft including the B767, A320 family, and EMB190.

Kyle is the founder of First Class Leaders; an organization committed to elevating the human side of aviation. The mission is to bridge the gap in leadership and emotional intelligence across the industry, helping pilots and crew develop the mindset and soft skills essential for safety, connection, and long-term performance. With a vision for a worldwide, cross-company CRM community, First Class Leaders are working to create a culture where communication, self-awareness and psychological safety are seen as critical components of training. Kyle believes that when pilots grow as leaders, the entire industry becomes stronger and safer.
