This session is a continuation from the general session presentation. All pilots require leadership and management skills both in the flight deck and outside the aircraft. Today, pilot demands, and responsibilities are much higher than before. Pilots can no longer just be pilots. He/she must obtain all-around skills and knowledge along with interpersonal skills. Pilots must be great leaders and managers, having a business mind and being well respected by everyone.

In this session we will continue the subjects of image and motivation along with other important skills such as delegation, conflict resolution, teamwork, and communication.
