Lee Rafalko serves on the NBAA Safety Committee’s Fitness for Duty working group with an interest in portraying safety as a relatable and engaging conversation for every person and role within a flight operation. 

Rafalko is the Aviation Finance and Scheduling Manager for Corteva Agriscience based in Wilmington, DE. He is also the treasurer and co-founder of the Delaware Valley Business Aviation Association and was recognized in 2021 as one of the NBAA’s Top 40 Under 40. 

A graduate of Marywood University, in Scranton, PA., he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Aviation Management and a Commercial Pilot License. Rafalko also holds a Dispatch Certificate through Universal Weather and Aviation.
