Leonard Beauchemin founded AeroTechna Solutions LLC in 2005, a consultancy, auditing and training company. His role as Managing Director/Senior Advisor within the company is focused on delivering Business Aircraft Asset Management advisory services, Aircraft Technical Operations management and industry educational seminars. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, he has more than 40 years of Business Aircraft management and leadership experience within Part 91, 145 and 135 operational environments.  

Focused primarily in the heavy corporate jet market, Beauchemin is a driver in the aviation industry through his involvement in industry organizations. He is dedicated to improving Business Aviation aircraft management standards and safety protocols. Most recently, he is the Vice Chair Board Member for the International Standards for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO), Air Carrier A4A MPIG (Maintenance Program Industry Group), FAA Reliability Sub-committee, NBAA Maintenance Committee, and Chair of the Bombardier Industry Steering Group Maintenance Program Management and Advisory Committee. 

As an operator, he has 26 Years of MRO/AMO/FAA 14 CFR Part 145 experience and 22 years of heavy “business” jet fleet management and international operations. He has worked extensively with the integration of MSG-3 Maintenance Program Development processes for business aircraft programs and actively engaged with the FAA, NBAA and A4A. 

Beauchemin holds a current Airframe and Powerplant Certificate, Inspection Authorization Certificate, Pilot Certificates and an Electronic Technology Engineering Degree. He is currently actively providing young professional mentoring and industry training and education in maintenance, safety and operations, as well as support on aircraft import and export and acquisition sales.
