In the world of aviation and safety, there is constant change - processes, policies, locations, crews, team members, metrics and approaches and techniques associated with safety. In this workshop, participants will work through real-world case study examples of change that worked – and didn’t - and apply many practical change management principles to their specific situation. The goal of the workshop is for participants to walk away with three to five tangible, realistic, and effective taskings/behaviors that they can do immediately upon returning to the shop to be able to effect change. This is sure to bring a safer work environment and flight experience for everyone.
