Operators will get a chance to create their own SMS magic during this workshop led by Amanda Ferraro. Learn the magic formula to take all components of SMS to the next level. This workshop will focus on each attendee’s own specific components of SMS. Participants are asked to bring their SMS Manual to the workshop or ensure they have access the SMS software. Components that will be covered include safety policy, safety reporting, safety risk assessment process, SPI/SPT, safety objectives, and change management.
