Jermaine Cadogan is a retired United States Marine Corps Major after 24 years of honorable service. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Ordnance Marine. Throughout his career, Jermaine deployed all over the U.S. and the world. He rose from the enlisted ranks, eventually converting to the officer ranks and culminating his career as a Major.

Jermaine has maintained numerous type/model/series aircraft throughout his career. In addition to his aviation maintenance experience, he is also a certified instructor and Master Training Specialist having served as the director of the Aviation Ordnance Managers’ Career Progression course for the Navy and the Marine Corps. Upon retirement from the United States Marine Corps, Jermaine began working with Convergent Performance.

While with Convergent Performance, Jermaine has instructed thousands of technicians in the Aviation Maintenance Never Events, a program focused on getting aviation technicians the information they need to prevent the seven Never Events and the application of these tools in the highly dynamic and challenging aviation maintenance work environment. Additionally, he has hosted several discussions and instructed on human factors and their applicability in the aviation industry. Jermaine brings his many years of experience operating in a high tempo, high-risk environment to the civilian sector. He currently serves as Convergent Performance’s Operations Manager and Lead Instructor.
