Joy Buoncuore is the Senior Transportation Dispatcher for Constellation Transportation Department based in Wilmington, DE.  

With more than 20 years of experience in aviation, Buoncuore held roles as a pilot and maintenance training scheduler, FBO leadership and trainer for both domestic and international airlines. She was also a company startup coordinator for a satellite corporate flight department/new commercial airline operation, an aviation software customer service and currently a dispatcher for a Part 91 department.  

Buoncuore’s passion for aviation is endless. She’s a member of Women in Aviation, Women in Corporate Aviation, NBAA, Delaware Valley Business Aviation Association and enjoys any chance to encourage youth in the vast possibilities that the industry offers.
