Keith Clark is the Senior Quality Control and Technical Representative at Phillips 66 Aviation whose responsibilities include managing the Aviation Fuel Quality Assurance Program. In 2023, Clark received the Elvis “Mac” Fishburn Fellow Award for outstanding contributions and tireless support to fuel handlers worldwide from the National Petroleum Management Association (NPMA) and is a regular guest speaker at National Air Transportation Association (NATA) Quality Control Training, Facet Filtration Trainings, Gammon Technical Trainings, and has spoken at various State Aviation Conferences on the importance of Aviation Fuel Quality Assurance.

Keith also created the “Save a Life – Verify Fuel Type” campaign and continues to provide resources on aircraft misfuelling. These resources help educate Pilots and FBOs on the importance of proper communication and verification during a fuel order and ways to help prevent mistakes that could lead to a tragedy.
