Jon-Michael Kasten was appointed CEO of VisionSafe in January 2025, bringing more than 20 years of leadership in aerospace parts and systems.  He joins VisionSafe after serving as President and CEO of Integrated Technologies Inc. and previously held strategic leadership roles at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, AvtechTyee, and Pacific Propeller International.

With an engineering foundation and experience spanning sales, manufacturing, and strategic planning, Jon-Michael has consistently built high performing teams, driven market expansion, and executed key initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

At VisionSafe, he leads the company’s mission to advance cockpit safety through innovative smoke displacement solutions like the Emergency Vision Assurance System (EVAS), forward-looking safety systems, and global customer support.

Jon-Michael holds a MBA from Seattle University and earned a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with additional coursework at Chalmers University of Technology.
