9:00 - 10:00

"Mentoring" and "Leadership" are terms sometimes used interchangeably within the business world, but actually refer to different aspects of passing along and reinforcing knowledge, skills, culture, and values. This session will dive into where mentoring and leadership intersect and where they diverge, what those two topics mean within an organization and what they look like in practice and reality, as well as what they mean to you personally. The session will also leverage both mentorship and leadership to normalize excellence within your business and within safety practices.
