Paul Thompson serves as Vice President of BAS Service Centres, bringing with him more than 20 years of expertise in aircraft engineering and maintenance. Throughout his career, Paul has held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Director and General Manager, where he made significant contributions across departments such as maintenance, customer support, and quality.
In his current role, Paul oversees Bombardier’s Service Centre operations across multiple international and U.S. locations, including London, Melbourne, Berlin, Singapore, Dubai, Tianjin, Paris, Opa-Locka, Dallas, Wichita, Tucson, and Hartford. His proven leadership, strategic vision, and ability to navigate diverse cultural and operational landscapes position him as a key driver in strengthening Bombardier’s global presence.
