Timothy Wade

Over the past 15+ years, Timothy Wade has worked in many areas of both aviation and health & safety. While in the US Army, he was stationed in South Korea and deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan working on Apache helicopters. After leaving the Army in 2013, Tim pursued a career in health & safety, working as a medic and fire inspector while obtaining two degrees. In 2016, Tim’s two career passions joined when he accepted the role of Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager for Constant Aviation and Nextant Aerospace.

In the 7 years since returning to the aviation industry, Tim has guided Constant Aviation’s SMS program through full FAA accreditation while managing the day-to-day operations of the system. To improve safety metrics throughout the organization, he developed an electronic incident reporting system and database that all employees can access via desktop or smartphone. Most recently, following a company merger, Tim is currently serving as Flexjet’s Director of EHS, overseeing the safety program for all ground and maintenance operations. In 2021 Tim was selected as an NBAA Top 40 Under 40 honoree and is currently a council member for NBAA’s Young Professionals Council and a team leader for NBAA’s Safety Committee.
