AI is developing at a rapid pace. While aviation has historically been slow to adopt new technologies, this will soon be unsustainable. Areas such as customer service, maintenance, and air traffic management are beginning to see AI benefits. However, areas such as safety programs, augmented decision support, and airport operations face significant hurdles. This informative, fun, and interactive presentation will take the audience on a journey from the past through the near future, providing the situational awareness needed to add value to their organizations and the aviation industry as a whole.
