This session will focus intently on exceeding the FAA’s expectations in compliance of the regulations but often we forget about the other agencies and industry best practices when it comes to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). We will explore the most relevant occupational environmental health and safety issues facing organizations engaged in aircraft maintenance and flight operations. We will discuss what you need to know when it comes to OSHA, EPA, FIRE state and local regulations and how they can impact your business. Proactively, we will also discuss what is required and how to be best prepared. Of course, things do go wrong so we will also discuss tips and tricks of the trade to minimize impact and make sure these events don’t occur again. An interactive session with many real-world examples will keep you engaged while we learn and have a little fun.
