An interactive workshop designed to encourage participation in the identification of the five primary reasons for noncompliance and identify the seven most costly errors that plague aviation maintenance technicians. Using your experience and collective wisdom, you will be able to determine the conditions that cause noncompliance to occur in your organization or team and how you can collectively prevent and eliminate the Never Events. Lastly, you will discuss potential solutions for noncompliance in your organization and identify things you can do individually to raise the bar for yourselves, your organizations, and our industry.
