Positive leadership directly improves the safety and quality of maintenance operations by promoting a positive company culture.

Mentors learn from those around them. They build teams and great organizations by learning what to do and what not to do. Mentors must set examples of a good attitude and healthy relationships. They must identify the positive and weed out the negative.

When a leader/mentor is positive, empathetic and full of energy, other people will benefit from them in many ways, including elevating workplace standards, promoting safety, and improving employee satisfaction.
