What would happen if we were to share our maintenance errors with each other? We all learn from our own mistakes in life. Can we learn from each other’s mistakes as well? This presentation will explore human factors related to maintenance error. It will examine some specific cases and give participants an opportunity to share their own experiences. We will also discuss ways to predict and prevent errors before they impact safe operations.
