Safety starts in the hearts and minds of your team members and is an essential element of workplace culture.  When the workplace is disrupted by employee turnover, new hires, or changes in leadership, culture and safety can become vulnerable.  An important element to maintaining consistent culture is understanding the workforce trends that are affecting flight departments today. API will provide a high-level overview of the current challenges within hiring, training, retention, and managing emotional health and wellbeing in the workplace – particularly in this polarized era.
