In business aviation, safeguarding the well-being of crew, clients, and passengers is paramount. Food safety, however, presents a unique challenge. From catering and FBOs to ordering, storage, and in-flight service, numerous factors exist outside our direct control. Yet, through meticulous pre-flight preparation, informed ordering practices, and rigorous handling and storage protocols, we can effectively mitigate foodborne illness risks.
