A positive safety culture is crucial for safe operations and effective safety management. However, it's often seen as an academic concept that requires specialized tools and personnel to measure. This isn't the case. Safety culture is a multidimensional construct that reflects the attitudes and behaviors toward safety within an organization. It can and should be measured regularly and in response to specific events.

In this workshop, we'll explore the nature of safety culture and how to measure it effectively. We'll provide you with the knowledge and tools to conduct internal safety culture assessments, giving you insights into your organization's safety performance. By the end of this workshop, you will understand the significance of safety culture in operational safety and have practical strategies for measuring and enhancing it within your organization.
