​This course teaches aviation maintenance technicians, supervisors, and managers barrier-breaking communication strategies, tenants of leadership within various roles both official and unofficial, and the multitude of differences between the values, goals, and communication styles of the four different generations in today’s workforce. Finally, participants are given practical ways to utilize trust, good communication, and leadership toward establishing a “just culture” in your own maintenance environment.
