Today, the silence in the hangar and on the ramp is deafening. It is reverberating to an annual tone of $4 billion (about $12 per person in the US) dollars due to damages and injuries. The spearheading contributing factor is a lack of communication. Currently, where we are more connected than ever in history, why are we not communicating? Is it generational? Is it cultural?
