​Our industry has a solid foundation which delivers remarkable air travel safety performance; however, failure finds us when least expected. Your ability to perform your duties is underpinned by your perspectives, expectations and choices regardless of the activity. These attributes are based on our knowledge, experiences and organizational norms.

Adding to your knowledge and sharing experiences will be our goal during this session. An understanding of the foundation of airworthiness and its intent will be explored. Risk management is an understood methodology, however, seems to fail to be acceptable under the terms of safety at any costs. Mistakes, defects, flaws, failures, infant mortality, quality escapes in an airworthiness environment will be explored and shared.​
