Pilots with unidentified and untreated mental health and mental performance issues face significant regulatory, organizational, and cultural barriers with few viable and effective resources for assistance. These issues have significant organizational costs. This  presentation will explore the scope of the problem and provide actionable and protective identification and intervention strategies for helping pilots with mental health and mental performance issues.
