On the job communication often focuses on the communication, “in the moment.”  This safety talk will address communication strategies to address all of the conversation, communication and relationship/trust building situations outside of the moment that lead to more effective “in the moment” communications.  Topics such as the importance of listening, the value of questions, and reading what people are not saying will be addressed with practical tips and techniques to apply in your everyday work to lead to a safer and more trusting environment.
